About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the daily operations and performance of one of The Omoté Asia Group's newest concepts at Lentor. You'll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team leadership, and consistent delivery of the OAG dining experience. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in building teams, improving systems, and driving results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations — service standards, quality, cleanliness, and compliance.

Drive business performance and implement best practices.

Ensure food and service standards are consistently upheld in line with group SOPs.

Build, train, and motivate a high‑performing service team, fostering a positive and accountable work culture.

Lead by example in handling guest interactions and feedback with professionalism and care.

Collaborate with HQ and Brand Managers on promotions, reporting, and process improvements.

Maintain a high standard of hygiene and operational readiness at all times.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the F&B industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a people‑first mindset.

Highly organized, adaptable, and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.

Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Work Schedule

10:00am – 3:00pm, 5:00pm – 9:30pm (2‑hour break)
