Job Description
  • Lead, train, and supervise service staff to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised restaurant environment at all times
  • Create a pleasant dining atmosphere for customers
  • Oversee food presentation and retail products to ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
  • Engage with diners to gather feedback on food quality and service
  • Review customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner
  • Report incidents, accidents, customer complaints, and feedback to management
  • Perform cashiering duties when required
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers and manage stock replenishment
  • Plan and manage duty rosters for the service team
  • Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
Retail Operations
  • Monitor supermarket inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Ensure products are properly stocked, attractively displayed, accurately priced, and safely arranged
Requirements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with respectful coordination between kitchen and service teams
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
