Job summary

Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a front-line Customer Service staff to provide information and assistance at the service counter for residents, tenants and visitors.

You will handle inquiries from multiple channels and support Lost & Found operations in a busy building environment. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, and willingness to work a 6-day shift in a residential/commercial/retail building setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Relevant working experience in the service industry or residential /commercial /retail buildings.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and general information to residents and visitors at Customer Service counter of residential /commercial and retail buildings.
• Attend to residents, visitors, tenant and shopper’s enquiries/feedback via various sources such as phone calls, walk in, emails
• Handling and administering Lost & Found items
• Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor from time to time
