Job summary

Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Officer for their Singapore location. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for shoppers and tenants, ensuring a pleasant and seamless mall experience.

Your responsibilities will include managing the Customer Service Counter, addressing enquiries and feedback, and assisting with mall promotions and events. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in concierges services and be able to work on a rotating 6-day shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge services.
• Able to work on a 6-day rotating shift, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Customer Service / Information Counter as the first point of contact.
• Attend to shoppers and tenants enquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Assist in mall promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Handle voucher sales and redemptions.
• Support Loyalty Programme enquiries and redemptions.
• Support the upkeep and presentation of the mall.
• Maintain high service standards and perform administrative duties.
