Job summary

The role includes handling calls, maintaining service-request records, and providing administrative support to the Property Manager and team. The position requires comfort with rotating shifts including holidays and weekends, relevant education such as A levels/O levels or a diploma, and strong interpersonal and communication

• Experience in customer service or frontline work preferred.

• Willing to work rotating shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor on entry to the property.
• Answer telephone calls in a friendly, professional manner and log service requests.
• Maintain records and logs of service requests and track their status.
• Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and the property management team.
• Follow security and emergency procedures and respond to incidents as required.
