Job summary

DEESOLO INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Concierge cum Customer Service Officer for our estate at Raffles Place.

You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and stakeholders, delivering professional, courteous service and supporting day-to-day operations of the Management Office. You will handle front desk duties, respond to inquiries, manage feedback, and coordinate with the estate team to ensure a smooth and secure environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to office staff, visitors and other persons at the Concierge Desk.
• Receive and direct visitors, contractors and service providers.
• Maintain a welcoming, service-oriented front desk environment.
• Attend to enquiries, feedback, requests and complaints courteously.
• Record feedback and refer matters to the appropriate staff.
• Escalate serious complaints to Estate Manager.
• Work collaboratively with the estate management team.
