Job summary

A construction and development company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to liaise with sub-contractors, residents, and various councils. The role involves managing inquiries, preparing reports, and coordinating improvement works. Candidates should possess a Diploma or 'A' Level, a WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence, and at least 1 year of experience in HDB projects. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer relation works and fair construction knowledge would be an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in a HDB BTO project.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with sub-contractors, HDB, Town Council, consultant and residents.
• Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident’s inquiries.
• Updating defects cases on IDMS system.
• Generate work schedule for sub-contractors to rectify defects.
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports for lift monitoring.
