Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is looking for a Site Supervisor to lead site supervision activities ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for civil and structural projects. The responsibilities include conducting site inspections, enforcing quality control measures, and coordinating safety protocols. Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience and hold a civil/structural engineering qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES. Experience on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience supervising civil works projects.
• RE should be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline.

Job Summary

You will lead site supervision activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications, driving quality control and construction safety for civil and structural engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute site supervision duties in compliance with the Building Control Act and Regulations to ensure regulatory adherence and project integrity


• Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and resolve construction issues, ensuring alignment with project requirements


• Review, evaluate, and assess method statements to verify feasibility and compliance with engineering standards


• Supervise and enforce site quality control measures to maintain high construction standards and minimize defects


• Coordinate site works to implement and uphold construction safety protocols, reducing risks and ensuring a safe working environment

Required competencies and certifications

• RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS


• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience supervising civil works projects of similar scope and complexity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is advantageous
