We invite committed and clinically grounded medical professionals to join us as Resident Doctors, contributing to the delivery of quality primary healthcare within a trusted clinical environment. You will play a central role in patient assessment, diagnostics, treatment planning and continuity of care, supported by an efficient system and a collaborative medical team.

This position offers broad exposure across acute primary care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine and procedural work. We value doctors who practise evidence-based medicine, communicate with clarity and compassion, and take pride in providing safe, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medical consultations, physical examinations and formulate evidence-based management plans
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting
  • Order, interpret and follow up on diagnostic investigations where appropriate
  • Prescribe medications responsibly in line with clinical and regulatory standards
  • Perform minor procedures as required
  • Provide preventive health advice, lifestyle counselling and continuity of patient care
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation/medical records
  • Work closely with clinic assistants and management to ensure operational efficiency
  • Contribute to clinical quality improvements, audits and protocol development
Requirements
  • MBBS or equivalent recognised by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
  • Fully registered doctors
  • Experience in primary care preferred
  • Confident and competent in managing walk-in cases independently
  • Responsible, professional and committed to patient safety and governance
  • Able to participate in rostered/weekend duties when scheduled
