Job summary

He Zhan Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a resident liaison to manage communications with residents and update contact records. You will advise residents on LUP periods and respond to related inquiries, and coordinate notices for works within blocks and precincts.

The role requires handling notices, informing affected residents, and assisting the PRO with outreach and documentation. Prior WSQ Service Excellence Level 1 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidatemust possess a minimum pass in at least 5 subjects, including English, at GCE O-Level or Nitec Certificate.
• Candidatemust possess Singapore WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Update contact details including email addresses and hand-phone numbers.
• Advise residents on LUP, opting period, and answer related enquiries.
• For works within blocks, inform residents by displaying notices at notice boards.
• If works affect residents, send a letter in addition to display at Notice Board.
• Assist PRO on the above tasks.
