Job summary

RAYMOND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive ISOTeam representative to manage public relations and address residents' queries. You will coordinate communications around neighborhood renewal projects and support planning of PR activities.

The role requires strong written and spoken English, the ability to work with residents, contractors and authorities, and meticulous document handling. You will be stationed at the site office and help maintain safety and orderly project

Qualifications

• GCE A’ Level or higher.
• Relevant experience considered.
• Willing to be stationed at site office.
• Good communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Involve in Town Council upgrading projects and plan public relations programs for community areas.
• Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints pertaining to projects and follow up actions.
• Coordinate with residents, contractors, consultants and authorities to ensure smooth operations during upgrading works.
• Attend meetings and provide admin support as directed by the SO Representative.
• Maintain good rapport with residents and gather feedback on work schedules and impacts.
