The candidate should hold GCE O Level or Nitec with English, and WSQ Service Excellence Level 1 certification.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or Nitec certificate with English.
• Singapore WSQ Service Excellence Level 1 Certification.
• Experience coordinating with residents and HDB is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage residents' feedback, complaints, and inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate defect reporting and track rectification during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
• Arrange appointments for residents with the BSC team for unit inspections.
• Prepare before/after photos for progress claims.
• Plan public relations activities and disseminate notices to residents.
• Provide administrative support to the project management team.
• Act as a bridge between residents, the construction team, and HDB.
