Job summary

He Zhan Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Resident Liaison professional to manage residents' feedback and inquiries, coordinate defect reporting during the DLP, and arrange inspections with the BSC team. The role involves maintaining rapport with residents and stakeholders, planning PR activities, and providing essential admin support.

The candidate should hold GCE O Level or Nitec with English, and WSQ Service Excellence Level 1 certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

-ResidentLiaison & Feedback Management: The PRO manages the site office or BSC,attending to residents' feedback, complaints, and general inquiries via phone,email, or in-person interactions. They are responsible for building andmaintaining a good rapport with residents and stakeholders.

-DefectManagement & Coordination: A core duty involves managing the defectreporting process during the Defects Liability Period (DLP). This includes:

-Arrangingappointments for residents with the BSC team for unit inspections.

-Ensuringproper documentation and recording of defects, often using a defect managementsystem.

-Coordinatingwith the site team, subcontractors, and HDB officers to schedule and trackrectification works.

-Preparing"before and after" photos of completed works for progress claims.

-PublicRelations & Communication: PROs plan and coordinate public relationsprograms for the project, which involves preparing and distributing notices,circulars, letters, and flyers to keep residents informed about work schedules,progress, and potential disruptions. They also attend dialogue sessions withResident Committees and Town Councils.

-AdministrativeSupport: They provide essential administrative support to the projectmanagement team, including filing, managing correspondence, preparing reports(weekly/monthly), and other ad-hoc clerical duties.

-Essentially,the PRO acts as the bridge between the residents, the construction projectteam, and HDB, ensuring smooth communication and effective problem resolutionthroughout the project's

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess a minimum pass in at least 5 subjects, including English, at GCE “O” Level or Nitec Certificate
