About the role

This role involves serving residents within residential blocks and precincts, managing communications, handling enquiries, and building positive relationships with the community.

Key responsibilities

• Update contact details including e-mail addresses and hand-phone numbers

• Advise and explain to residents on LUP opting period and answer any enquiries or related issues

• Inform residents of works within blocks by displaying notices at notice boards

• Send letters to residents for works that directly affect or likely affect residents, such as disruption of services or temporary closure of car parks

• Inform affected residents in advance through letter if noisy works are anticipated to go beyond normal working hours

• Handle and resolve residents' feedbacks and enquiries promptly

• Build and establish a friendly rapport with residents

About you

• Minimum pass in at least 5 subjects, including English, at GCE "O" Level or Nitec Certificate

• Singapore WSQ Certificated in Service Excellence (Level 1) Certification
