Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum pass in at least 5 subjects including English at GCE O Level or Nitec Certificate.
• Singapore WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' feedback, complaints, and inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate defect reporting during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
• Arrange inspections with the BSC team for residents.
• Document defects with proper records and photos.
• Coordinate with site team, subcontractors, and HDB officers on rectification works.
