Job summary

RAYMOND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Public Relations Officer to manage resident relations for the Neighborhood Renewal Program in Singapore. You will plan PR programs, handle inquiries, and coordinate with residents, contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project communications.

You will conduct regular resident visits, maintain good rapport, and support safety and procedural compliance while ensuring timely updates on work schedules and impacts.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or higher with at least 1 year of public relations experience.
• Ability to handle inquiries, feedback and complaints related to projects.
• Willingness to be stationed at the site office and work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch PR programs for Neighborhood Renewal Program (NRP).
• Handle enquires, feedback and complaints; follow up on actions.
• Coordinate with residents, contractors, consultants and authorities like Town Councils and HDB.
• Attend meetings and provide administrative/logistical support as needed.
• Maintain good rapport with residents; conduct regular visits to affected residents/tenants.
