Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Public Relations professional in Singapore to manage residents’ enquiries and coordinate with the construction team on project feedback. The role involves preparing circulars for residents and stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and attending LTA meetings.

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with main contractors on LTA projects, strong communication and time-management skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• GCE O level / Diploma / Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience working with Main Contractors handling LTA projects.
• Ability to work under stress and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage public relation issues and general project enquiries with nearby residents/ public
• To prepare and disseminate the circulars to notify the residents and stakeholders of the work activities nearby
• Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback, complaints pertaining to the project
• Work closely with construction team to address the feedbacks
• Maintain good rapport and positive relations with residents
• To attend LTA weekly and monthly meetings
• Perform other public relations tasks as assigned by Management.
