What You’ll Do

• Be the first friendly contact for guests—assist with enquiries, bookings, and special requests via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk‑ins.
• Support guest check‑ins and use simple IT systems or booking tools to ensure smooth, accurate operations.
• Provide courteous, respectful, and attentive service at all times— you represent the spirit of the Royal Albatross!
• Work closely with operations and marketing teams to deliver seamless cruise experiences.
• Help guests— from tourists to locals—create beautiful memories onboard.

Who You Are

• Friendly, polite, and professional— you know how to make guests feel welcome.
• Enjoys talking to people and solving problems with a smile.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays (we’re busiest when others play!).
• Comfortable using basic computer systems or technology (training provided).
• Positive team player who loves the sea, boats, and hospitality.
