A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a research candidate to process clinical biosamples and contribute to cancer biology research. The incumbent will work as part of an established and nationally funded multi-disciplinary research group that focuses on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The incumbent will work closely with patient cohorts and relevant pre-clinical models; processing biosamples and conducting of experiments to ensure timely achievement of project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a background in handling and processing of patient’s biosamples, maintaining the inventory of biosamples repository, as well as experience in molecular and cell biology functional work.
The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and collaborative research environment, working closely with post-docs, clinical coordinators, bioinformaticians, clinicians, and researchers involved in ongoing clinical trials. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge cancer biology research, with the potential to directly impact therapeutic strategies for HCC patients.
