Job description

You will provide administrative and operational support to Changi General Hospital research community in research grant administration, ethics-regulatory-compliance matters, collation and reporting of research key performance indicators. You shall perform your roles professionally in compliance with internal and cluster policies, SOPs, work instructions and regulations governing clinical research in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for performing or supporting the various roles in Research Office (RO), including but not limited to:

  • Feasibility studies management
  • Ethics and regulatory submissions
  • Research agreement review (including non-disclosure agreements)
  • Grant management
  • Quality management
  • Report collation and submissions
  • Secretariat and administrative duties
  • Other essential office/clinic tasks as may be assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
  • Knowledge of research legislation and regulations will be advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Independent and proactive with strong analytical skills
  • Meticulous and able to multitask
