Candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical Engineering and have 3-5 years of experience in an aerospace repair and overhaul environment. Familiarity with various repair processes is advantageous. The position emphasizes teamwork and compliance with OEM standards, aimed at continuous improvement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and develop new repairs on aero-engine components.
  • Prepare and maintain work instructions for repairs.
  • Perform tooling/fixture design and ensure compliance with OEM requirements.
  • Manage process improvements and prepare First Article inspection reports.
  • Provide technical recommendations to the Operations team.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and develop new repairs on aero‑engine components.
  • Prepare and maintain work instructions for aero‑engine component repairs.
  • Perform tooling/ fixture design.
  • Ensure compliance to OEM technical data and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage new machine and process qualifications.
  • In charge of process improvements to improve process robustness, process efficiency and repair yield.
  • Prepare First Article inspection reports.
  • Take the lead in providing technical recommendations and technical dispositions to the Operations team.
  • Actively participate and support continuous improvement/ Kaizen projects.
  • Multi‑task other engineering‑related duties as assigned.
  • Comply with the company’s health and safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an aerospace repair and overhaul environment.
  • Knowledge of repair processes such as Welding (TIG/EBW), Thermal Spray, Heat Treatment, Brazing, High Pressure Water Jet Stripping, Chemical Cleaning, Shot peening, Machining, etc. will be a plus.
  • Highly motivated professional who is able to work within a cross‑functional team.
