Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced technical operations leads to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across production capacity models, bill of materials packages, root cause failure analysis reports, equipment maintenance schedules, quality control inspection checklists, and supplier qualification packages.

Fully remote role, flexible 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations with direct ownership of production capacity planning, BoM packages, or quality control processes.
• Working knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards used in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (production capacity models, BOM packages, RCA reports, maintenance schedules, QC checklists, supplier qualification packages).
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance within regulated environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align outputs with production and quality standards.
