Job summary

Ethos is seeking a strategic Head of Operations to lead the training and refinement of AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This role focuses on capacity planning, SOP playbooks, and process-improvement workflows, with a strong emphasis on precision and clear communication.

Remote work is supported, with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week or more as needed). Start date ASAP. Compensation is $70/hour, gross, with international scope.

Qualifications

• Experience building capacity planning models and forecasting spreadsheets in fast-paced ops environments.
• Proven ability to author SOP playbooks and business cases that reduce cost or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop capacity planning models, SOPs, and workflow maps to improve efficiency and readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity in all documentation.
