Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of operations to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, workflow maps, and inventory forecasting spreadsheets.

The role emphasizes high-quality document craftsmanship, exceptional written communication, and attention to detail. Fully remote, 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models and forecasting spreadsheets.
• Experience authoring SOP playbooks and cost/cycle-time improvement cases.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, workflow maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, and business cases.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality, timeliness and alignment with business objectives.
