Job summary

Ethos is seeking a production operations-oriented professional to help train an AI model by creating and refining professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on production capacity models, BOM packaging, and quality control artifacts, with emphasis on accuracy and clear communication.

The position is fully remote, requiring 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation at $90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations with ownership of production capacity planning, BOM packages, or quality control processes.
• Strong knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards used in regulated settings.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
