Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to recruit works managers who can help train their language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You will own production capacity planning, BOM packages, and related QA processes across core workflows.

This role is fully remote with a flexible schedule. We seek 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations management, offering $90/hour for 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations, with direct ownership of production capacity planning, bill of materials packages, or quality control processes
• Working knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and the supplier qualification standards used in regulated manufacturing environments
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: production capacity models, bill of materials packages, root cause failure analysis reports, equipment maintenance schedules, quality control inspection checklists, and supplier qualification packages
