Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced strategy & operations consultants to help train a foundation AI lab's language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will produce, evaluate, and refine AI-generated client-ready materials. This flexible role is remote with 5–20 hours per week (more if desired).

Requires 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy, expert document craftsmanship, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy with client-ready decks.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks and operating model redesign.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and decks.
• Produce client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials.
• Develop market entry and competitive analyses and operating model deliverables.
• Prepare business-case models and synthesis of stakeholder interviews.
• Support implementation roadmaps and change management playbooks.
