Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced continuous improvement leads to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on creating and refining AI-generated outputs across capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, and workflow maps.

You will craft high-quality documents with excellent written communication, enabling cost and cycle-time reductions in a fast-paced operations environment. Flexible, remote work with ASAP start date is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in fast-paced operations.
• Experience authoring standard operating procedure playbooks and process improvement business cases.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail with expert document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop capacity planning models and SOP playbooks to support operational efficiency.
• Map workflows and forecasting spreadsheets, and build business cases for process improvements.
• Ensure operational readiness checklists are thorough and accurate.
