Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced engineering and manufacturing operations leaders to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role involves owning production capacity planning, BOM packages, root-cause analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification in a fully remote, flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations with direct ownership of production capacity planning, BOM packages, or quality control processes.
• Experience with root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards used in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop and refine production capacity models, BOM packages, and quality control checklists.
• Lead analyses and reporting on production processes and supplier qualifications.
