Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of revenue operations for a flexible, remote engagement. You will train AI models to work on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, focusing on field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.

The role demands hands-on ownership and the ability to collaborate with sales and marketing leadership. The opportunity offers a flexible schedule (5–20 hours per week) and remote work, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel dashboards, deduplication rulesets).
• Own and optimize revenue operations processes, ensuring accurate data mapping and efficient lead routing.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure outputs support sales and marketing leadership with clear dashboards and reports.
