Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Procurement Support Executive to join our dynamic procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting procurement activities, maintaining vendor relationships, managing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth operations in a remote working environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong analytical skills, and can efficiently coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, order placement, and delivery tracking.

  • Prepare, review, and process purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and procurement transactions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials/services.

  • Support vendor negotiations and help maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships.

  • Monitor procurement KPIs, identify process improvements, and report on procurement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Provide timely responses to internal queries regarding procurement status and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.
