Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for StaFi LSaaS.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations to boost StaFi products adoption, especially for the LSaaS platfrom in StaFi 2.0.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and partners to drive business development efforts.
  5. Represent StaFi at industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote the company’s brand and establish thought leadership.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development and marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing roles within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industry.
  2. Strong understanding of liquid staking, understanding blockchain technology would be preferred.
  3. Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse partners.
  5. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  6. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  7. Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  8. Willingness to participate in business meetings and industry events as required, such as online AMA or offline meetings as StaFi’s speaker.
