Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Level 2 Desktop/Remote Support specialist to resolve technical issues for enterprise users. You will provide remote assistance, escalate as needed, and perform software installations and upgrades via Software Center/CCMCache.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in Desktop/Remote IT Support or IT Service Desk, with a preference for troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications.

Qualifications

1 year of relevant experience in Desktop Support / IT Remote Support / IT Service Desk
Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications preferred

Responsibilities

Act as level 2 support for technical issues and escalation from level 1
Resolve issues remotely within SLA
Provide remote support via BeyondTrust to large government enterprise users
Handle software installation/upgrade issues via Software Center/CCMCache
Resolve sign-in issues and usage of Microsoft 365 accounts
Generate logs and screenshots for escalation to third-party vendors
Troubleshoot basic network connection issues
Provide additional shift coverage as needed to maintain service levels during absences
