Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support specialist to handle remote resolution of technical issues within SLA. You will provide support via BeyondTrust to large enterprise government agency users, assist with software installation and upgrades via Software Center/CCMCache, and help with sign-in issues in M365.

You will generate logs, collaborate with colleagues for knowledge sharing, and provide shift coverage to maintain service levels during absences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of desktop/remote support or service-desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 desktop and remote support within SLA.
• Resolve software installation and upgrade issues via Software Center/CCMCache.
• Troubleshoot sign-in and access issues across M365 accounts.
• Generate logs and collaborate with teammates for knowledge transfer.
