Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT desktop support specialist to be the first point of contact for end users in Bedok.

You will deliver prompt remote assistance and ensure software and licenses comply with company standards while supporting Windows 10 and Office 365. The role features 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night) with a 2 days on/2 days off schedule. A minimum of 1 year desktop support experience and relevant certifications are required, with willingness to travel to

Qualifications

Minimum ITE or Diploma qualification with at least 1 year of desktop support experience.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, or MD-102 are preferred.
Previous IT helpdesk/call centre support experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide remote desktop support to end users.
Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end-user IT support requests promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting SLA requirements.
Escalate incidents to third-party vendors or relevant resolver groups when necessary.
Update and maintain incident records accurately.
Create and update work instructions where required.
Document IT standards, procedures, and processes where necessary.
Ensure software, licenses, and IT operations comply with established standards.
