Job description

Job scope:

• Support and execute the Equipment Reliability strategy in a way that aligns with business goals and operational needs.
• Assist in the initial development and ongoing maintenance of FMEAs for high and medium critical assets as part of Reliability Centered Maintenance.
• Lead or assist in root cause investigations of major deviations and safety incidents related to equipment failures, and propose effective corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
• Lead or support projects to adopt advanced technologies and methodologies that enhance predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, maintenance practices, and knowledge sharing.
• Help implement advanced analytics and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist with spare parts management, optimization, and budgeting activities.
• Participate in reliability meetings to present regular updates on equipment performance, reliability trends, and the status of key reliability initiatives to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, and Supply Chain—to ensure the reliability program is integrated successfully and functions smoothly.
