Job Description

• The role is to serve as the liaison between the Bank and customers, to establish a positive banking relationship with new and existing clients, and to serve their banking needs via the Bank’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the overall success and growth of the assigned portfolio by deepening relationships with existing clients and through the acquisition of new customers.
• Continually partner with clients in order to fully understand their businesses, strategies and challenges, so as to proactively recommend an effective variety of financial products and services to help the customers succeed.
• Promote the cross-selling of banking products to our customers based on their banking needs, improve our wallet share with the clients, so as to accomplish the branch’s growth targets.
• Perform effective financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral; structure and complete suitable business loans / services to the clients; and to follow-up on client maintenance work post disbursement.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience as a Coverage Banker. Experience in Project Finance is an advantage.
• Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Good experience in commercial credit underwriting skills.
• Meticulous and good problem-solving skills.
• Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
• A fast learner who can work independently and as a team as a supporting role.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, self‑disciplined, organized, responsible, meticulous, and able to multi‑task.
