A financial services firm based in Singapore is seeking a Business Development professional to assist in marketing and sales strategies for fund management opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales within the financial services industry and strong communication skills. Job description

Based in Singapore, focusing on the business development and sales/ marketing of fund management business. Key responsibilities include:-

• Assist Sales Manager to develop and implement marketing/sales strategy to approach potential investors to discuss business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities and spearhead new ideas on private fund, External Asset Management, multi-family office/ VCC set up to on-board potential investors.
• Planning and preparing proposals and presentations for potential investors.
• Work with customers and internal teams to ensure that the customers' needs are met.
• Engage and cultivate long term working relationships with clients and business partners.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or more in sales and business development function in financial services industry.
• A good experience and understanding in the fund management, EAM Business model & multi-family office in Singapore will be preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Training will be provided and support given on the job.
