Job summary

Hong Leong Finance Limited in Singapore is seeking a dynamic relationship manager to solicit and develop new borrowing relationships, with focus on SME industry, and to cross-sell loan products.

You will actively manage an existing pool of borrowing accounts, perform KYC, assess customers' requirements, prepare credit proposals, analyze financials, identify risks and mitigants, and ensure compliance with banking processes.

Qualifications

• Preferably a degree or diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or Accounting.
• At least 2 years of relevant banking experience in SME or corporate lending.
• Outgoing personality with sales flair.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and develop new borrowing relationships focusing on SME sector.
• Cross-sell various loan products to customers.
• Proactively manage and monitor existing borrowing accounts for optimum utilization.
• KYC and customer relationship management to spot opportunities and structure deals.
• Prepare credit proposals, analyze financials and identify key risks.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory banking processes.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company or Officers.

Job description

• Solicit and develop new borrowing relationships, with particular focus on SME industry
• Cross sell various loan products
• Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of borrowing accounts to achieve optimum utilization rate
• KYC, customer relationship management to spot new business opportunities, understand customers’ requirements and structure deals
• Prepare credit proposals, analyze financials, identify key risks and mitigating factors
• Ensure compliance of mandatory banking processes
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company or Officers acting on behalf of the Company

Requirements

• Preferably with a degree or diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in banking & finance / SME/ Corporate lending.
• Possess a must possess a pleasant, outgoing personality and have a flair for sales and marketing
