Job summary

You will analyze client needs, maintain strong relationships, coordinate with credit, compliance, and operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while staying informed of market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field.
• 3–8 years of banking or relationship management experience.
• Strong sales orientation with track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Knowledge of loans, wealth management, and trade finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of individual and/or corporate banking clients.
• Identify clients' financial needs and provide customized banking solutions (loans, deposits, wealth products, trade financing, etc.).
• Actively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Cross-sell and upsell bank products to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments for credit applications.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
