Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to lead engagements with large corporate clients in Singapore. You will manage credit portfolios, coordinate cross-border financing solutions, and prepare credit papers to support lending decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline and at least five years of corporate banking experience, with strong English proficiency and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business, Banking or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience with large clients.
• Strong knowledge of corporate loans, trade finance, cash management and cross-border financing.
• Experience in credit portfolio management and preparing credit proposals.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client communications.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with large corporate clients, providing tailored corporate banking solutions including corporate loans, trade finance, cash management and cross-border financing.
• Identify cross-selling and business development opportunities across corporate banking products and services.
• Prepare credit proposals, financial assessments and credit papers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and monitor the credit portfolio, including credit risk assessment and ongoing account performance.
• Work closely with Credit, Compliance, Operations and other internal teams to structure and execute suitable financing solutions.
• Keep updated on market trends, regulatory developments and competitor activities within the large corporate segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Banking or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience, preferably managing large corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of corporate loans, trade finance, loan syndication, cash management and cross-border financing.
• Proven experience in credit portfolio management, financial analysis and preparation of credit proposals/papers.
• Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare detailed credit papers and communicate effective with corporate clients.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop long-term client relationships.
