• Registered with LJM and have valid APC (2025).
• Fresh graduates welcome (less than 1 year Experience).
• Experienced Nurses from all disciplines are welcomed.
• Good health with Covid vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage nursing care to patients.
• Administer self-management plans to empower patients.
• Deliver evidence-based care in collaboration with inter-professional teams.
• Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Facilitate transition of care coordination.
• Implement clinical risk and quality improvement initiatives.
