Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team at our assisted living facility, which serves approximately 10 residents at each outlet. The nurse will play a key role in ensuring the well‑being and safety of our senior residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Resident Assessment: Assess the suitability of prospective residents before admission to the facility, considering their medical and care needs.
  2. Care Plan Development: Develop individualized care plans for each senior and collaborate with care staff to monitor vital signs, dietary intake, and potential early warning signs for timely intervention. Maintain communication with families to keep them updated on their loved one’s care.
  3. Medication Management: Pack and prepare medications for residents, ensuring correct administration. Maintain medication protocols.
  4. Activity Planning: Plan and organize weekly activities at both individual and group levels to enhance seniors’ motor, cognitive, and reasoning skills, promoting overall well‑being.
  5. Staff Training: Conduct regular training sessions with care staff on relevant senior care practices.
