Job summary

A healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking qualified Enrolled Nurses to work at their Executive Health Screening Centre. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, especially in Phlebotomy, along with certifications from the Singapore Nursing Board and BCLS. Responsibilities include performing clinical tasks, managing patient records, and educating patients on health processes in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role with a commitment of 5.5 days per week.

About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our prestigious Executive Health Screening Centre.

As a key member of our Healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art facility.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Perform and administer a wide range of clinical duties, including taking medical history, administration of patient questionnaires, performing health screening tests, Phlebotomy, injections, conducting ECGs and administering treadmill stress tests, etc.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as managing appointments, organizing patient records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive medical reports based on test results and provide recommendations for further evaluation or treatment.
  • Operate clinic CMS (Clinical Management System) to input patient data, update medical records, and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with other Healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow and timely delivery of services.
  • Educate patients on health screening procedures, answer their inquiries, and provide guidance on maintaining optimal health.
  • Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Continuously update your knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities and stay informed about the latest advancements in health screening practices.
What We Are Looking for
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar Healthcare setting.
  • Phlebotomy experience is necessary for this position
  • Enrolled Nurse with Phlebotomy Certification may also apply for this role
  • Familiar with operating CMS system and preparing medical reports.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in recording patient information and test results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle potentially stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
  • BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) Certification.
  • Ability to commit to a 5.5 days' work week.
