Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement global talent frameworks, programs, and processes.
  • Lead annual talent reviews and regional development councils.
  • Drive succession planning, career pathways, and pipeline development.
  • Manage global and regional programs (leadership initiatives, young talent, international development experiences).
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align regional talent programs with global strategy.

Requirements
