Job summary

A leading enterprise in the semiconductor field seeks a Sales & Business Development professional to identify new customers and markets across Asia while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Ideal candidates will have a degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, or Business, with 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel frequently within Asia.

Job description
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new customers and markets across Asia (and occasionally US/Europe).
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, technical presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide technical advice, demonstrations, and customized solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Take responsibility for sales and marketing of assigned product lines (equipment & materials for SMT/Semicon).
Marketing & Exhibitions
  • Organize and participate in regional and international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop brochures, technical data sheets, and promotional materials.
Operations & Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, principals, and Business Units to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and support product improvement.
  • Act as Product Leader for assigned portfolio, driving product knowledge and adoption in the market.
Team Support
  • Train, support, and provide technical guidance to overseas sales teams and distributors.
  • Share best practices and coordinate regional sales efforts to align with company objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, or Business.
  • 2–5 years of experience in regional technical sales, preferably in Semiconductor and SMT industries.

  • Strong technical knowledge of SMT/semiconductor equipment and materials.
