This Media Business Unit Lead role oversees the South East Asia + Taiwan region, which is a critical senior leadership role that covers overall management of the media business across Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Taiwan, for one of the largest and most innovative global Consumer Healthcare brands.
This is a high-visibility Business Unit role, whilst focused on SEAT regional activity, this role will have a strong line to local markets, with a great deal of connection and collaboration with our global and APAC leadership teams. It is an extremely ‘hands‑on’ role, with a need to build education, thought leadership and internal and external stakeholder management and servicing, with a significant need to ensure consistent coordination and communication across all supported media channels. This role will be instrumental in driving our client's global media agenda, market maturity and integration transformation for our clients.

The agency team is comprised of various agencies across the Publicis Groupe, so you get to learn about these agencies and their capabilities and work closely with their teams. In this role, you will be supporting an integrated Power of One agency model and leadership team – as a result, you’ll also have exposure to wider agency and consulting teams – all of whom are working to support this large, global client continue to innovate and evolve in industry‑leading ways.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and analytical, with a passion for marketing and understanding of the human connection between the brand and the customer. We want someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and can execute against a customer‑obsessed growth‑focused strategic framework. An ideal candidate has a strong history in Digital strategy and planning, and experience in translating complex technical or cutting edge developments into clear, understandable, and actionable guidance to non‑Digital nativist marketing teams.
Must have a strong knowledge of holistic media planning & buying across all channels, a demonstrated history of integrating various disparate teams under a unified vision and strategy, and a passion for engaging with different areas of internal and external businesses to drive results for their clients.
The roles key KPIs involve strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, driving the success or strategy and innovation through various workstreams, meeting and exceeding client’s business, marketing and media goals, ensuring a strong reputation through brand safety, quality of media placement and creative development, and representation and creating a strong culture within Publicis team and client alike.
