Job Description:

Strategic Market Development

  • Leverage insights from the Chinese EP market to inform regional strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape regional marketing plans.
  • Partner with global strategic marketing to align regional initiatives with global priorities.

Product Launch & Commercial Readiness

  • Lead regional launch planning and execution for new hardware and software products.
  • Ensure commercial readiness by coordinating product training, forecasting, and launch timelines.
  • Champion the Launch Excellence framework to drive successful NPIs across APAC.

Customer Engagement & Education

  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and clinical stakeholders across APAC.
  • Support external engagement activities including symposia, workshops, and advisory boards.
  • Collaborate with education teams to deliver high-impact internal and external training programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with country marketing and sales teams to localize and implement regional strategies.
  • Align with regulatory, finance, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across markets.

Competitive Intelligence & Portfolio Management

  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and market dynamics.
  • Provide input into portfolio optimization and lifecycle management strategies.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing.
  • Prior experience in cardiac electrophysiology or related therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in product launches, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Other Requirements:
