The role involves training program design, budget management, and building a community of trainers. Ideal candidates will have over five years of retail or hospitality training experience, professional training qualifications, and a strong understanding of business dynamics in the premium brand space. This is a permanent contract position based in Singapore, offering a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail/hospitality trainer experience in mid-luxury/lifestyle industry.
• Experience as a Learning Consultant is a plus.
• Good level of business awareness and adaptability across business models.
• Experience in marketing and sales functions is beneficial.
• Experience in a premium brand or multi-national FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement global L&D strategies and programs across SEA.
• Develop and drive regional CFL and L&D strategies.
• Design, facilitate, and deliver training programs.
• Propose and manage L&D budgets.
• Build and manage a trainer community across markets.
