Regional Human Resource Manager - SEA (Renewable Energy)

Our client is a leading and fast growing renewable energy platform backed by European investors and are expanding rapidly in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Advise senior leaders and act as a consultant on all people‑related matters, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure all HR practices comply with complex, multi‑jurisdictional labor laws and regulations.
  • Policy & Process: Develop, implement, and manage regional HR policies, frameworks, and systems (HRIS).
  • Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations, disciplinary issues, and act as an employee advocate.
  • Training & Development: Identify regional needs and implement programs for leadership development and skill enhancement.
  • Project Management: Lead regional HR projects and initiatives, often in collaboration with global teams.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change and foster a positive, high‑performance culture.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Extensive HR experience, especially with growing organisations covering the SEA region with at least 12 years of overall experience.
  • Hands on experience in managing all HR topics and leading a team of HR Managers in each country.
  • Renewable or associated industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in mid sized and large organisations will be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of regional employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage HR across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and data analysis.
